Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026. Unscripted Manual Publishing ("we", "us", "our") sells the UNSCRIPTED manual, digital training files and an optional AI coaching service through unscriptedmanual.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Educational purpose only

UNSCRIPTED is an applied educational and professional training protocol. Everything we sell, including the manual, the digital files and the AI coach, is for educational purposes only.

  • It is not medical, psychological, clinical or professional advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.
  • It is not a cure, treatment or preventive measure for any condition, including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, ADHD or any other memory-related or mental health condition.
  • It is not medically or scientifically proven to work. The complete protocol has not been independently validated, benchmarks and targets are the manual's own working values, and individual results vary. We do not promise or guarantee any result.
  • If you have a concern about your memory or health, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Responsibility

You use our products at your own discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any decision you make, or any loss or outcome you experience, as a result of using our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

3. The manual and shipping fee

The UNSCRIPTED manual is offered to you free. You pay a shipping and handling fee, shown before you pay. The shipping fee covers the real cost of printing and posting your manual and is not refundable (see our Refund Policy). Delivery is typically 5 to 14 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates; customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. If your manual is lost or damaged we will send a replacement at no extra cost. We may limit the free manual to one per customer or household.

4. Optional digital offers

During checkout we may offer optional digital products (for example a digital practice pack, or a one-time audio and ebook offer). They are optional, are not added unless you choose them, and are delivered by email as digital downloads. The price is shown before you choose. Paid digital products can be refunded within 30 days of purchase under our Refund Policy.

5. UNSCRIPTED Recall Coach (AI): 14-day free trial, then a monthly subscription

If you choose to start the optional UNSCRIPTED Recall Coach trial:

  • 14 days free. You are not charged during the first 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged anything.
  • Then a monthly charge. Unless you cancel before the 14 days end, your payment method will be charged the monthly price shown next to the claim button when you started the trial, and then every month at that price until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time, online using the cancellation link in your access and reminder emails, or by emailing admin@unscriptedmanual.com. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No refund for periods already started. Access begins immediately and has a real cost to us, so charges for periods that have already started are not refundable, except where we billed you in error (for example after you cancelled in time, or a double charge), which we refund in full.
  • Reminder. We will email you before your first charge, with the date and amount.
  • It is an AI. The Recall Coach is an automated artificial-intelligence assistant that answers questions about the UNSCRIPTED method. It is not a human, not a doctor and not a licensed professional, and it can make mistakes.

By starting the trial you agree to the 14-day free trial, that you may cancel anytime, and that the subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown when you started the trial if you do not cancel.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars unless your checkout shows a local currency. Refund terms are in our Refund Policy: the manual is free, the shipping fee and Recall Coach charges are not refundable except as stated there, and paid digital products have a 30-day refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content is protected by copyright. See our Legal Notice for what you may and may not do.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Unscripted Manual Publishing is based, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
