What you may do. Read and use the manual for your own training. Quote short passages with clear credit to "UNSCRIPTED by Lex W." and a link to unscriptedmanual.com. Write reviews and honest commentary about the manual.
What you may not do, without our written permission.
- Copy, scan, photograph, photocopy, transcribe or distribute the manual or any page of it, in print or digitally.
- Upload, share or sell the manual or any digital file on file-sharing sites, marketplaces, social media or messaging groups.
- Resell, rent or lend the manual commercially, or distribute copies to a team or class (buy one copy per person; the 2-pack and 3-pack exist for this).
- Translate, adapt, summarise at length or repackage the manual or its drills into a competing product, course or app.
- Copy our website text, product pages, images, ad creative or store design, or create a store or page that imitates ours.
- Scrape our site or use our content to train, fine-tune or prompt-engineer AI systems.
Individual copies. Each copy is licensed to the person who bought it, for personal use. Buying a copy does not transfer any copyright or trademark.
Reporting infringement. If you see our work copied, or a store or ad that imitates ours, email with the link and a short description. We respond to every report and send takedown notices to hosting providers, platforms and search engines where our rights are infringed.
Enforcement. We take active steps against infringement, including takedown notices and, where necessary, legal action. We may recover costs and damages as the law allows.
