Shipping policy

The manual is free; shipping is charged. The UNSCRIPTED manual is offered free. A shipping and handling fee applies to every order. It is shown at checkout before you pay, and it covers the real cost of printing, packing and posting your manual. The fee is not refundable once your order is placed (see our Refund Policy).

Tracking. Every parcel ships with a tracking number, which we email when your order leaves us. Use the link in that email, or our tracking page, to follow your parcel.

Delivery time. Delivery is typically 5 to 14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather, public holidays and carrier delays are outside our control and can add time, especially to remote locations.

Where we ship. We ship to most countries and territories. If we cannot ship to your country, it will not appear at checkout. We cannot ship to countries under trade sanctions or where our carriers do not operate.

Customs, duties and import taxes. Your country may charge import duties, VAT or other taxes when the parcel arrives. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Digital items. Digital products and your access to the Recall Coach are delivered by email and do not ship.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your manual is lost or arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date, with your order number and, for damage, a photo.

Wrong or incomplete address. Check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can re-send it once you confirm the correct address. A new shipping fee may apply.
