Refund policy

1. How our offer works

The UNSCRIPTED manual is offered free. You pay a shipping and handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay. You may also choose to buy paid digital products (for example a practice pack or an audio and ebook), and you may choose to start a free trial of the UNSCRIPTED Recall Coach (AI). This policy explains what can and cannot be refunded.

2. What is not refundable

  • The free manual. Nothing is charged for it, so there is nothing to refund.
  • The shipping and handling fee. It pays for the real cost of printing and posting your manual, and it is not refundable once your order is placed.
  • Charges for the UNSCRIPTED Recall Coach. Access starts immediately and every conversation has a real cost to us, so charges for the Recall Coach are not refundable (see section 4 for how to avoid being charged).
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country, which we do not collect.

3. Paid digital products: 30-day refund

If you buy a paid digital product from us (including any digital product offered during checkout after your order), you may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

  • Email admin@unscriptedmanual.com with your order number and the product name.
  • We refund the price of that product to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.
  • Refunds are limited to one request per product per customer, and we may decline requests that show clear misuse (for example repeated purchase and refund of the same file).
  • If a file does not arrive, will not open or is the wrong file, tell us first and we will fix it or replace it straight away. If we cannot, we will refund it.

4. The UNSCRIPTED Recall Coach: free trial, then a monthly subscription

  • The first 14 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything.
  • If you do not cancel, your payment method is charged the monthly price shown when you signed up, when the trial ends and every month after that until you cancel. We email you a reminder before the first charge.
  • You can cancel anytime, online using the cancellation link in your access and reminder emails, or by emailing admin@unscriptedmanual.com. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not refund charges for periods that have already started, except where we billed you in error, for example after you cancelled before a charge date, or we charged you twice. We will refund that charge in full.

5. Lost, damaged or wrong manual

If your manual does not arrive or arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of the dispatch date with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will send a replacement manual at no extra cost.

6. Orders placed under our earlier offer

If you paid for a manual before October 13, 2026, the guarantee and terms shown on our site when you ordered still apply to that order.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded (for example rights for faulty digital content, or cooling-off rights where they apply).
