Turn payloads into images

Numbers become pegs from the 00-99 lexicon; abstract terms become concrete pictures (pp. 40-51, 65-104).

Step 03 // Retrieve

Three-second glance

Rest your eyes on a station for about three seconds and let the image surface (p. 62). Three seconds is the manual's working limit.

Three questions

Do I have to memorize 100 pegs?

Not all at once. All 100 are chosen for you, and you learn five a day in about three minutes.

Is it really 15 minutes a day?

Yes for the 30 daily sessions. Before Day 1 there is a one-time read of about three hours, and Day 30 ends with a 40-minute assessment.

What if I miss a day?

Do not double up. Do the missed day next and shift every later day one day later.
